God, who can do anything, must have calculated all of the possibilities and came up with "they can't do it without me" in those types of situations

then, if he is real why doesn't he simply show up to stop all the other religions. If all the gods are real, why is only the abrahamic one true?

Because God gives people choices of their paths and doesn't force. Revelation does say about the 7 horns and bowls and the punishment of sinners and some of them are most likely have a different religion other than Christianity.

So does every single god. Im not gonna hook onto one religion just because some old book written by some random guys over a few thousand years said so

But Christianity is better than others in multiple ways. 1. It's God is more respectable than others since he can't sin and doesn't hate us like other gods. 2. It's more logical than others if you think about it. Like how the flood (and possibly people hunting animals) made dinosaurs extinct. Possibly through weathering rocks moving them and quickly burying them. There are also other examples of the bible having a reasonable logic like how the end times haven't start in a long time because God gives everyone a choice of him or sin before he starts it. But since babies are being born rapidly per day, it would take a long time for it to stop.

2. every single religion on earth has a flood story, especially in the old world where civilizations began on floodplains and rivers (which flooded)

2. People have different opinions on everything, and the people who survived the flood decided to recreate the event but in their own ways.

Bro the people who were spread out after God changed their language most likely invented boats. And also South America is not independent (as in God making more people other than Adam and Eve).
Also the Bible is a reliable source even if it was relating and focused talking to the people back in it's day.

And also, God told them to write those books in his words and to spread it across the nation so people can believe. And since the bible is one of the oldest books in the world, it is an original source. It's like choosing the young man's advice instead of the old man's advice with more experience.
