Like the place you’re staying in is haunted and the people around you are either friendly or evil spirits and you have to hunt down the bad ones and befriend the good ones

Doesn’t sound like some something to add in a game about getting a job

The good spirits are helping you to get your job and the evil spirits are working on stopping you, and this would make the journey much more interesting
