Being a judge does not give them the right to pick and choose what laws they want to obey or make laws as they go along. If anything, they should be going out of their way to avoid even the appearance of being biased. But they're Democrat judges, so I won't be holding my breath waiting for that to happen.

In theory, sure. In practice, that's not true. The dickhead State Employee in Minnesota who was keying Teslas is not facing any charges, other than having to make restitution, even though he committed what can very easily be classified as an act of Terrorism.
