Nope, climatic changes is a real thing. It has been happening since the beginning of time. Man made is a social construct.

In the seventies it was global cooling. Scientific evidence of Man made industrial pollutants due to all the carbon monoxide. Turned out to be failed data.

Then came acid rain, then wholes in the ozone. Finally it is global warming cause by: get this’ it is man made Carbon Dioxide.

Worse of all we are told if we give the government more of our money, they will fix and control the weather.

This source says that this is caused by La Niña, a weather event that happens every 3-5 years ish. Also on your source it shows a graph with similar drops in temp every couple years
