They can't create an email because they go on imgflig using their school chromebook and our school blocks creating emails on the device or using your school email to make accounts on anything they don't approve. They only approve school websites so we have to use personal emails, but Sammy doesn't have access to a device other than their chromebook. I'm going to let them use my email if they need it, as most of the websites the people are commenting here are blocked on the school chromebook.
