Oh, and also, if it were so easy to simply "delete" Kirby, then how come other world-creators didn't try that? The way I see it, a creator of a world can only "delete" what they themselves created, which is why Fecto Elfilis, creator of the Forgotten Land, couldn't just delete him, because Kirby (supposedly) came from the world of Dreamland, although some say he was created from a positive interaction with a void, like Gooey. Anything a god didn't create, they have to work for to remove.
Arceus created the Pokémon universe, but Kirby was not created in the Pokémon universe, meaning Arceus didn't create Kirby, meaning it can't undo what it didn't already do. Time travel also only applies to one universe, so if Arceus attempts to go back in time to keep Kirby from appearing in the first place, Kirby will be sent to the exact moment when he went from Dreamland to the Pokémon universe.
Then, to discuss the matter of staggering attacks. Most staggering attacks last for a very short amount of time.
Freezing: This lasts a very short amount of time, and doesn't really harm Kirby much.
Burning: Enemy burning doesn't give this effect, it's mostly just fiery terrain. After getting burned, Kirby takes a small amount of damage, falls back slightly, and receives invincibility frames directly after.
Getting shocked: Let's be honest, this doesn't really happen to Kirby. He's basically made of rubber.
Other manners of stagger-damage: Blasts like the lasers Marx, Magalor, and Fecto Elfilis have deal small amounts of damage as long as the laser is hitting Kirby, preventing him from moving. The end of the laser usually deals a small amount greater than the rapid-fire. This also applies to black-hole damage and the rain Twin Kracko has. However, these other methods don't have the last little attack boost. Each gives Kirby invincibility frames afterward, and never really do much to him.
