Well right now this is just anonymous sources stuff. But since Hogg's plan would additionally cripple the power structure of an already wounded party, I suspect that he will soon receive a lateral promotion that allows him to get his hands on exactly ZERO meaningful power.

Oh, okay. I haven’t been paying as much attention to this story as I should be. I saw a headline on another news site about it. I guess that he’s still too useful as a recruitment tool and a fundraiser to get rid of completely.
