I am tired of this misconception. The current generation is Gen Alpha. Gen Z started in 1997, and Oblivion was released in 2006. I own an XBOX 360 copy of TES IV from 2007. I was born in 2009.

Anyone from Gen Z who "doesn't remember" the original TES IV either has never heard of TES in the first place or simply chooses to ignore it's existence.
