Chaos: he wont be able to use his funny thing power because I could wosh the power out of his memes
Mask: I have magic attacks, the water droplets. mask would have been cooked
Gaster: I have the special ability to create matter, specifically water, so I can fill Gaster's void magic
Astro: I could short-circut his space ship
Flare: its kinda obvious. fire loses to water.

I could also win against all of the LOSERS too!
DungeonKeeper: he cant use his fire. that's his main ability.
Frisk: I'm a waterfall encounter, and I'm pretty much impossible to defeat with less than 10 LOVE
Epicsal: he's normally a threat In numbers, cuz he has the GANG. unfortunately for him, its just a 1v1.
MultiverseCreator: has yet to be seen with any power other than to break through a wall. easy victory
Hex: same reasons as frisk, but it's WAY closer.
Spoon: he's a f**king bird with spoons. I doubt he has much of a chance.
Darth Sans: he cannot bring in his army, he's FORCEd to use the force. it would be close but I win
