Let those two things play off each other for a minute... Now think about the fact that Garcia was arrested, denied due process, deported, imprisoned in violation of the Constitution and that Chris Van Hollen -a duly-elected official sworn to uphold the Constitution- is being attacked by the MAGAts for honoring his oath, working to make whole some- one whose rights were violated, whom the Trump Administration has admitted both in court and publicly should never have been in ICE custody... meaning that in order for Van Hollen to have run afoul of the Logan Act, the official policy of the Trump administration must necessarily be "screw the law, screw the Constitution, screw your Rights; this is Trump's Amerika."; Really goes to show how the U.S. has never been closer to becoming a dictatorship than it is under the Trump regime...
