watch modern warfare 3 or warzone gameplay. when theyre running, sometimes their movement gets really smooth and their gun stops shaking in the air. it kind of looks like they crouch.

look up movement demon guides on youtube and most videos tell the secret is to slide cancel- stand up from a slide.
