I just call the phenomena "Sleepy Spring." Since- at least in certain regions- it's getting warmer, users are making the most of it, whether it's getting in lots of extra sleep or spending more time in the physical world. As far as I know, most users in this stream are in the same or close regions, so Sleepy Spring gets the most of 'em.
