Stocks go up and down. And if Trumps plan works, there will be somebody employed to pay the SS that you'll be collecting when you do, because that is how SS is funded. By the next guy.

I know SS is a ponzi scheme. Weird time to bring that up. No one under 40 (such as me) expects to ever see a dime of SS because all ponzi schemes collapse

I'm not retiring today but that doesn't mean I want my retirement accounts to collect orange candles. Plus the existence of my job depends to a degree on the health of the stock market
