Cynder from Skylanders Giants is a purple dragon (like Spyro) with white horns/claws and magenta markings dotting her body (her wing membranes are also magenta).
Like Zerobot posted here in comments, though, your OC Cynder looks closer to an anthro version of Minecraft's Ender Dragon. Me personally, though, I must say that she does seem quite inspired by Rouge the Bat from Sonic Adventure 2 - she seems to have a little bit of that femme fatale energy going on, and I actually think it's really cool. :)
