The same reason the site mods kept taking down memes that even mentioned sex or had swear words. People complained they wanted no more sexual stuff in MSMG and the site mods took down literally every meme that even implied it to spite everyone.

Sometimes MSMG is full of femboy pictures and twink propaganda. What Manticore is posting is arguably the opposite of that. That’s why he’s constantly crying to the mods.
