When they chant, "Khaybar, Ya Yehud" their referring to the event in 628CE called the battle of Khaybar, where the prophet Mohammed declared war against his enemies, and one of which his enemies were the Jewish community, in the Arabian peninsula, called Khaybar, modern day Khaybar Saudi Arabia, were Mohummad and his army seized control over the town, stripped Jews from their rights and slaughtered many Jews, which over 90 Jews died, and the remaining were exiled.

So they chant this to strip Jews from their rights, not just only Zionists, but all Jews, as Zionism didnt really exist in 628CE, and they want a massacre against the Jews, and the exilation of them back to Europe.
