"that one guy" was banned for a reason.
Basically the stream would still be going on now if it wasn't for him, as he got banned but only after it was already in serious decline and the damage became rather apparent.
He (Toby the Pug/Incognito Guy/British Mormon), actually started two streams in opposition to this one, complete with his own government with him as president. Those streams obviously went nowhere, grinding to a home before this one did, hence why he abandoned them.
In fact, despite me not ever having run for election in them, at one point I was actually declared president of them after I was elected president on this stream. That's how inactive those streams were, they had to come here to borrow a president.
Which is extra funny because I (intentionally) did absolutely nothing as president, having voted for myself solely as a protest vote (and to fulfill a prophecy. I had predicted that things were getting so slow here, I would get elected by year's end because there would be no one left to elect). I never ran for president, but woke up to find out I was on the ticket. But the owner back then who created that ticket was miffed at me due to some political differences at the time, so did not bother to vote for me. So he put me on the ticket without even asking me if I wanted to be on it. I had become vice president in an election prior to that the same way, just woke up on Election Day, and there I was, on the ticket. But at least the owner voted for me as well.
The reason for this was the stream was already gone at the time, and only one other person was running. So I got drafted into running without my knowledge or permission simply to make it look like an actual election. I had never voted for myself prior when I became Vice President and Head of Congress before that, but like I said above, when I got drafted into running for president by someone who then refused to vote for me, well, I aim to please,,,
