extremely specific but it's been happening to me last couple of weeks and... I'm a bit angry

I actually did a project where I made some sort of drug today but idk what it was

I can give you the process. I was trying to extract dimethyltryptamine from reed canary grass (invasive grass with trippy juice in roots) I did the process with vinegar and baking soda (Ion got a better base), tried to dissolve the plant alkaloids in the vinegar and mixed it with baking soda to make sodium acetate and do the fizzy thing. I mixed the sodium acetate (which is soluble in water) in water and it dissolved but there were about maybe a quarter gram of crystal that didn't mix with the water. tasted it and it tasted like nothing. I pulled it out of the water with a syringe and dranke the crystal water from it. 12 minutes later on my Chromebook with no confidence anything would happen, something schmacked me

I wasn't tripping (I didn't use enough root to trip with what I made) but I definitely felt something really strong
