A reminder that NOBLE Six is there because the original Six (Thom-A293) died and Carter needed to fill a role. Note that, while he was talking to Six on the way to the Falcon during the Noble Actual cutscene, Carter mentions that NOBLE is back up to full strength now that it has a sixth member again.
Now, with that in mind, take a second to imagine the implications of sixteen SPARTAN-IIIs being added to NOBLE Team.
I know it doesn't come up in any cutscenes because story purposes mean only Carter, Kat, Jorge, Emile, Jun, and Six show up, but the ramifications of NOBLE Team going from five Spartans to 21 means that Reach wouldn't have been destroyed.
