Certainly the fanatically leftist loyal traditional media outlets don't think it's legal.

I like it when they lie about Trump, it helps cull my social circle. Once someone embarrasses themselves lying about Trump I smile and tell them we are no longer friends, have a nice life and remove them from my life. The ironic part is a few were stupid enough to contact friends we had in common crying and trying to get them on their side. I ended up dropping them too.

You can't choose family, but you can choose friends. Of course sometimes family is a pain in the rump as well.
