AI art is not art

accidentally used ai art once and now i regret it. they're stupid ahh replicas of actual art made by humans. kids, don't use it because this hurts real human artists.

And it confused people. I don't want the next generation not knowing the difference between real and AI.

Well, I prefer to look at a drawing made with graphite rather than a drawing done on an app. (For instance)

And while we do get some help from the computers, I just don't think computers should actually be generating art themselves.

There is certainly a difference between using some AI as a tool to help us create something artistic (not just drawings)...and using AI to deceive people about the truth. To me, art made.by human hands has some truth to it. I prefer the truth. Its more interesting. AI seems like making lies about nature just to entertain. How boring. Lies are boring.
