I did the same thing in the agents of Mendelevia stream too... Disapproving EVERY SINGLE Jeffrey post i see.
I saw his posts on the pop-up_school stream and I had to stop him from posting stuff since I was owner. And I managed to unfeature every single Jeffrey post and made the stream manual approval. It's also in the description (stream now Manual approval due to Jeffrey posting in this stream) and even banned him.
