According to my phone about 3 or 4 hours

I have a problem

I think last time I checked my screen time it was about 3 hours

Imagine only spending an hour and a half on the internet a day.
That's healthy compared to everyone here.

i have not met a single person below the age of 60 that spends less than 90 minutes online a day
