Cat is literally saying that using the website at adult age is pedo activity, when there's a 5 year gap at MOST between when you're legally allowed to use the website at 13 and when you become the age of majority in the USA. This site also exclusively wasn't made for children since we clearly see the politics stream as being one of the default streams.
