I hate to say it, but nothing screams reliability like hearsay.
Look at it this way; what would happen if someone else said they know someone who is an expert with computers who said Elon knows everything there is to know about computers.
If a third person (maybe even a judge) were to look at your statement and the other person's statement, there's no way to reconcile them, right? So how would anyone know which is correct?
Because not only are we not reporting something we know about ourselves, meaning something we know about first hand, we're also not offering proof to support what we've said.
That means both statements are 100% useless. They just mean nothing, because at best, they are an opinion.
And if each statement were considered on its own merits, the same would apply. 100% useless.
So in this case, you didn't prove anything to anyone (but maybe to yourself)
