What I'm going to do when I eventually get around to Geno:
1. Go up to Sans
2. Beat Sans final attack, but don't kill him. Exit the game
3. Hand the controller to my brother so he can do the same, cuz I know he just wants to fight Sans and not do the rest of it
4. Again, don't kill him, just exit the game.
5. Fight again up to him showing mercy, accept mercy
6. Reset, do pacifist, see if Sans has any special dialogue.
7. Never touch Undertale again (on the PS4, at least) so that Frisk keeps their happy ending

I will only do pacifist, and seriously never even pressed the fight button. I had to quit Undertale because A. my parents noticed behavior changes (for the worse) that were related to Undertale (e.g. reporting hearing a voice (which was Chara), and threatening my dad with a knife) so they don't want me doing any more Toby Fox made stuff in general, and B. I got stuck on Undyne.
