Not citing sources is not actually a fallacy, as it has no bearing flaws in reasoning. You also misused the term circular logic.

"Circular logic, also known as circular reasoning, is a logical fallacy where an argument assumes its conclusion as a premise, essentially repeating the statement in different terms without providing actual evidence or support."

A therefor A is circular reasoning. However just stating A is not when the data is open to all to look through.

I don't call it a fallacy per day but still it does bear flaw in I've seen this egg picture a good few times
