Where are you finding these combo comic covers? Are you making them?

No, unfortunately not. I found them a couple of months ago, when I was looking for other comic strips. These are made by someone who runs a website/blog about all of these mash-ups. There’s well over 2,000 of these that they’ve made. There’s also another one that has similar team-ups that are different from this website.

Some are very funny. All are clever 😀

I agree. The mixing of different art styles is also great. They have everything from 1930s and 1940s Golden Age characters and artwork all the way to modern day characters and artwork.

Yeah, some of those older comic characters are vintage...always nice to see vintage especially when compared to ones more recent.

Definitely. There are also a lot of classic independent comics characters like The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Cerebus the Aardvark, Bone, Tintin, Judge Dredd (and several others) that have been featured with the more mainstream characters. Tintin is the oldest of the bunch (1929).

I haven't heard of Cerebus the Aardvark, or Bone. Maybe I'd recognize them by sight but not by name.
