Sure is! You can find the official arcade machines in the USA if you don’t have the game, and if you’re a cheap one, I’ve got a simulator for you. It’s hard at first, but when you get the hang of it, you’ll be having lots of fun.

If you’re looking at the simulator, you can mess with the plugins to make it faster, slower, have stricter timing, add your own charts, etc.
