linguisticly speaking bisexual only likes two genders regardless of what they are, and pansexual likes all.

Also pan is sometimes referred to as being ‘gender blind’ because gender doesn’t matter in your attraction. You generally do mind the gender with bi, so kinda preferences like I said a few seconds ago.

Well technically bi isn't strictly men and women (and also why would bisexuality exclude trans people) but there's definitely a difference in how or what ways a bi person is attracted to different genders.
