and then what?

Well, based off your character I'll make up a scenario, where the story will start.

We know there are other dimensions, but Marvel never shows what happens in those ones… But here we can. Just make up a superhero, their back story and super power (limit is 3). Have fun!

I made a version of Captain America once. His name is Michael Rogers. He's the son of James Rogers, who in turn is the son of Steve Rogers. James Rogers us a Canon character, of course, so I did Michael to connect him back to Steve. Michael has a similar holographic shield thingy, and wears an open coat that's blue with red and white stripes and a star on the left side of his chest. He wears a black shirt, and blue pants. His hair is dirty blonde and his eyes are blue (explain it away by saying he married Torunn or something, idc make something up). His personality is still experimental. How's that?

(When I was nine, I'm sure I watched it at least 5 times.)

"You're right, and SHEILD wants to put an end to it. That's why we need your help."

(Rookie numbers, on my twentieth right now. Started counting in December)

"Need me to call my friends? Or my mom? Actually, probably shouldn't call my mom. She's an Asgardian."

(Hey, I tried to find it again, but it said it was "unavailable")

"That old group, the "Avengers" died out long ago, when your grandpa was still alive, but it's time the world the world got new protectors," The man let it sit in the air a moment. "And I'd like to offer you a position in that group."

(I watch it on YouTube)

(Ah, I'll have to look into it then)

"You knew my grandpa?"

"I met him briefly, and when we talked he told me how me wanted the Avengers to come back together." The man replies. "Says that was his dream."

"Well, my dad fulfilled his wish. What happened to his Avengers?"

"They retired. They moved on with life. And They had you."

"Fair enough. Who else is on the team?"

"Why don't you meet them for yourself." Chris walked outside, and a SUV drove up. "Get in."

*He grabbed his jacket and a water bottle, making sure his glove was secure, then walked out and sat down.*

The doorbell of your house rings.

*He stood up and opened it.*

(How old is your character?)
You see a man wearing sunglasses outside on your porch, "You must be Micheal Rogers." he says.

"Yes. You look like Nick Fury. At least, what my dad used to say Nick Fury looks like."

"But the funny thing is, I don't know who Nick Furry is." He replies, he slides his sunglasses down, and there are no scars on either eye.

"That ends that theory."

He yanked the man into his door and slammed it behind himself. He threw him onto the couch? Then grabbed his shield projector glove and turned it on. The hologram appeared.

"So who are you and how do you know my name?"

"Easy, Mr. Tough Guy." The man straightens up. "My name is Chris Halic. I'm with SHEILD." He produces a SHEILD ID.
(Remember, this is a different dimension, new dimension, new characters.)

(I don't remember much Marvel stuff, so don't worry about any inconsistencies. I wouldn't even notice, tbh)

He let go and turned off the shield.

"Sorry. I'm a bit on edge lately."

(You've seen Next Avenger: Heros of Tomorrow, right)

"If it makes you feel any better that wasn't the first time I was attacked today." The man replies. "Rogers, the world is in danger."

(Yes, my favorite Marvel movie)

"It's always in danger, Chris. That's why people like me exist."

*He walked to his kitchen and poured some coffee.*

(Also the personality and reason why his hair is blonde and not red like James' is because I started but never finished making him, sorry)

(No worries)

The thirty minutes is up and there is a knock at your cabin door.

*He opened it, now back in his own attire.*

(You there?)

(sorry, been kinda busy)

"Heya, sarge!" You see Hawkeye call.
"Who's the new guy, Chris?" You hear a gravelly voice.

*He ignored the voice during the course of his first response:*

"It's Captain America. Call me Sarge again, and I'll knock you clean out."

*Then he turned to the direction of the gravelly voice.*

"And who said that?"

"Op, sorrrry!" Hawkeye responds. "Have a little humor, cap."

"I did, you gotta a problem with that, bub?" The man steps away from the corner.

*He chuckled.*

"Who invited Edward Scissorhands?"

(Best thing I could think of to make fun of Wolverine-)

"Watch it, sergeant underpants, wouldn't want to ruin your cosplay costume." Wolverine unsheathes his adimantium claws.

"Wanna throw hands? Just say the word."

*He activated his shield.*

"Simmer down de gumbo pot! Ain't no one wanna hear ya fight!" You hear a thick cajun accent.
Chris walks in, "I see you met Wolverine, Captain."

"Wolverine? And what does he do?"

"He's one us, a superhero." In flies a girl, she lands and an invisible breeze blows her cape and hair.
"Captain Marvel, I'm glad you can join us," Chris says.

(If anyone else wants to join last minute, just make your character and introduce them now)

(Imagine Iron Man if he was a teenager. William Stark, adopted son of Tony Stark)

*Just then, another door opened. A late teen in SHIELD-branded pajamasn, apparently so tired that he didn't even notice the superheroes having a breakfast club mere feet aeay, padded across the floor and towards what Michael assumed was a break room. He exited a few seconds later with a mug of coffee, and padded back to the door from which he came. Michael turned to Christ.*

"Who's that?"

"Oh," Chris says with a sigh. "That's William Stark."

"Like... Tony Stark? I didn't know he had a son."

"He didn't, William is adopted."

"...damn."

*He scratched the back of his head.*

"I was gonna poke fun at him a bit, but now I feel bad."

"Word of advice, don't tease him, he's a little quick tempered." Chris says.

"Fair point. Anyone else?"

(I don't have anyone else for now)

(Also I was hoping we could come across other heroes by happenstance? Maybe heroes operating independently or in other divisions of SHIELD that get lumped into the proto-Avengers, which is what I'm calling Chris' team for now)

"Your gramps is kinda big around these parts." He says. "My code name is Hawkeye by the way." (In this alternate dimension, Hawkeye never existed)

"Hawkeye, eh? What can you do then?"

"I'm only just a sharpshooter." He grinned. "One of the best."
"Enough with the show off." Natasha smirks. "I recall beating you at that one range."
"Somehow, I don't remember that." John Whitlock replies.
"Hawkeye, please escort the captain to his quarters." Christ Halic says. "We'll be meeting in thirty minutes, I suggest you get ready."

"Actually, I'm a Sergeant."

John does a little salute. "Okay, Sarge, right this way."
He lead you to an elevator and it starts going down.

*He chuckled and followed.*

You turn a corner, and John opens the door and it slides open to your quarters. There's a cot with a box on top of it.
"See you at 1300." John says, with a little salute. The door slides close.
You eye the box.

*He opened the box.*

You recognize the old, original Captain America outfit

*He looked it over.*

"Gramps' old suit..."

*He looked down at his own suit, then donned the old one, if only to know what it felt like.*

You sit in the back of the SUV, Christ Halic is sitting passenger and driving is a girl who you do not recognize. Christ turns around, "Rogers, meet Natasha Rolfe, Natasha, Micheal Rogers."
The girl mets your eyes you in the car mirror. "Nice to met you."

"Same here."

*He gave a two-fingered salute. He then produced a small tool from inside his coat and started tweaking the generator on his gauntlet.*

The SUV stops.
You see a helicopter pad and a helicopter.
"I hope ain't scared of heights," Chris says.

"See this scratch?"

*He showed a bit of scratched paint on the bottom of his gauntlet.*

"That was from a zip line I used off the top of the Empire State Building a while ago."

You get in the helicopter, which Natasha is also at the drivers seat for. You start climbing in altitude, and then you see a huge aircraft, designed to remain in the air for maybe forever.
"That's the Helicarrier." Halic says. "SHEILD base."
"Alpha Chopper, this is 763 requesting landing," Natasha says on the mic.
"This is Alpha control tower, you are clear for landing." the reply comes.
The helicopter lands, on the Helicarrier safely.

"Nice ship."

*He stepped out and stretched.*

"But isn't the air pretty thin at this altitude?"

"Yeah, so we need to go inside." Natasha says.
The hanger door opens for them to walk through.

*He followed them.*

The door slides open and a man greets you.
"If it ain't the star-spangled banner." The man pats you on the back. "I'm John Whitlock."

"You know me too?"
