The pilot should be flying the plane and trying to not crash, and thusly wouldn't get the parachute as he's busy flying.
The Stowaway is on the plane without paying, and shouldn't be there in the first place. Meanwhile the CEO is implied in this meme to have bought a ticket, and is therefore an actual customer of the flight company. Ergo, as the only valid candidate left, the CEO should get the parachute. Simple logic in my book.
