I can get pretty easily angry (or other bad emotions) then when it is over i realize, "man i'm kind of a loser"

I feel all my emotions (especially anger and sadness) really easily but Im good at making it until I either snap or become overwhelmed and start to cry (because I'm a f**king baby who cant handle my own emotions)

my family will pretty much just hound me until i can't take it anymore and i let out my demon scream. (and then i will feel like dying)

my parents do the same thing until I lash out and then they ground me and some other punishment and make me want to die because they take away my only source of what little joy I have.

my dad is way more chill than my mom.
cuz my mom and siblings will screech at me over stupid shit and then try to get my dad involved and then my dad wants nothing to do with it but will make me in trouble anyway just so they can stop bothering him.

my dad scares me more then my mom. he is very loud and even violent sometimes. my brother however is my moms favorite so he can lie to her and curse and blame me and I'd get In trouble. my dad spend more time with my brother even tho I'm more of a son then he is. I try to spend time with them but their always "too busy" or or doing something with my brother.

My dad used to be scary but he doesn't yell unless you yell first.
The lying brother part is extremely relatable, my brother will just lie his ass off and then everyone believes him, he will make obvious lies about dreams that he has had, he will just keep on adding things to it.
(My brother is also my moms favorite, i'm sadly the least favorite lol)

I'm the oldest and the only sibling I have is my brother and even tho I do more to help and do better in school and stuff he is still more loved. whenerver he messes up they blame his adhd and not him. I probably have undiagnosed things yet nobody thinks that. they just think I'm a brat who is ungratefull and takes everything for granted
