In a community society people produce necessities not to gain profit but to help themselves and the public. The goal should be people, not profit

In a community society those who don’t want to work are rewarded for it by the labor of others. When those who do work realize this they decide to not work. Eventually either someone has to step in and make them work, or they run out of things they need to live.

Working=control over society. One who doesn't work does not control the economy

But they have needs, and you need to be compassionate toward them. They have basic rights to food, clothing, shelter, medical care, etc. Even if they refuse to work they should have these — according to you.
