Trump hates US banks, ever since they wouldn't let him continue to steal from them and all his ill gotten gains from laundering money from the casinos he bankrupted and obviously stole the winnings went to Russian banks like Deutsche Bank where Putin has locked away from Trump. (Explains a lot of things eh) Gives Trump fits not having that money/evidence that Putin can extort Trump for anything he wants since Trump broke the law that breaks International laws.
