Pretty much the only games i play are scp secret laboratory, Tenchu wrath of heaven (goofy ahh ninja game for ps2), and that's pretty much it.

I have NEVER heard of those 😭 I played backrooms on VR before tho if that helps

Scp secret laboratory is an online game that will take too long to explain. Tenchu is a must play and is really goofy for some reason, there is even a secret language setting that makes the dialogue R rated. (Funniest thing ever)
