I suspect he was just following orders but that doesn't matter, the truth is he is and always will be a disgrace to his office, party and this nation.

He filled a vacuum left when good men (in congress) did nothing.

He set a low bar for minorities, elected officials and power mad people everywhere.

Why excel when you can lie & steal ? Lol
