How is it that I’m on my 10th playthrough and I didn’t know about this?

I’m pretty sure this mission (Burn em Out) is the only time it shows up in the campaign. Because it definitely ain’t in Zombies.

Also why is the Type 99 not in zombies that is such a missed opportunity
