A brainrotted “argument” that you hear from Zionists is that the UN has had a long and glaring anti-Israel bias, and wishes nothing more than to advance biased and one-sided efforts to isolate and delegitimize the so-called “Jewish state.”
Unfortunately, the UN isn’t as badass as they like to make it out to be. In fact, I have a case here that the complete opposite is true, that they go out of their way to side with Israel whenever they can. And that despite this, Zionists are so utterly entitled that they shed crocodile tears whenever they call out war crimes so glaring that even they cannot keep silent about it.
During the time in which the UN was deciding on partitioning Palestine, the UN had openly admitted that it would run counter to its own mandate on the Palestinian people (https://www.un.org/unispal/document/auto-insert-204352/ for those curious), stating:
“With regard to the principle of self-determination, although international recognition was extended to this principle at the end of the First World War and it was adhered to with regard to the other Arab territories, at the time of the creation of the ‘A’ Mandates, it was not applied to Palestine, obviously because of the intention to make possible the creation of the Jewish National Home there. Actually, it may well be said that the Jewish National Home and the sui generis Mandate for Palestine run counter to that principle.”

This is a direct admission that the creation of a Jewish national home in Palestine runs counter to the principle of self-determination for Palestinians already living there. So, by attempting to partition Palestine for a Jewish ethnonationalist state, the UN was making an exception to their own charter. Let me repeat that: The UN made an exception **to their own charter** just to appease Zionists. Unjustly so, might I add. Never let a Zionist tell you that the UN is biased against Israel.
