He wears that “uniform” to pretend like he’s “a great military leader”. He does all of his “leading” from inside one of his mansions or some place safe. He’s about as great of a military leader as Colonel Klink was!

Didn't help the character that the actor flat out said, "If you want me to play the part then Klink must be an eternal loser." . . .guess that's what happens when the actor and his family had to flee from the scum they mocked on the TV show. . .and he wasn't the only actor in the cast who went through bad things-

Zelenskyy another 'actor' who said bad things happened to his country just went along with the corruption. . .which he proved he was a part of when he never defended the phone call he had with Trump that led to the impeachment attempt.

I started watching “Hogan’s Heroes” reruns when I was a kid. I didn’t find out about the WWII connection of several of the cast members (that you also mentioned in your comment) until a few years later. I’ve always watched the show with a different perspective after that.
