It's mostly a bunch of edgy 13-year-olds who think it's cool to be homophobic. Most of their names are WWII references.

A lot of the memes are "reopen the gulags" or comparing the LGBTQ community to nazis/pedophiles (confusing because it's obviously a right-wing stream)

Honestly, I don't think imgflip will care since I've sent several reports about other things (nazi accounts posting legitimate threats) and never gotten a response

The "gay=pedophile" slander is one of the ones that I find really upsetting. It's right up there with Blood Libel. I agree the normal channels can be slow and frustrating, but it's worth it to keep trying. If you can make contact with a global mod, it may help.
