I once threw my brother off the trampoline. (And that is nothing compared to other fighting methods i have done)

We have a punching bag that isn't hanging, my oldest brother would through it at us, swing it at us, if we try to charge him he will kick it at us and cause us to trip. (That punching bag once made me do a front flip)
