It's not a privilege you can deserve.

One person being mod is in no way related to one person not being mod, used to be that way several years ago but it's not that way anymore.
You think some awesome users should be mod, you've mentioned them, and I've memorized their names.

Mod gets removed when they abuse mod. When a mod abuses their power, you report them and they're removed. The worst a bad mod can do is ban or unban, both of which can be reversed.
