But demons are absoulutly terrifyed of the Latin language because of how holy it is.
(I have heard demonic posession audio recordings and their screams are so loud when hearing latin)

I believe in possession, but any language can do the same effect that those Latin prayers did. It's not the language, but the words spoken that are powerful.

Since you're Catholic, I understand that Latin is considered holy in your churches. For others like me, we don't even mention the language in church
