What libs cannot understand

Well... when I found out that their DEI program started in 2021, but the crash is from this year, I can't say that it's bc of a general lack of merit on the plane.
One of the American examples was about undermanned and sleep deprived people in the tower. That could in theory be bc of DEI quotas and some unreliable workers

The CRJ that was crashed into the ground in Toronto had an inexperienced female pilot. The purpose of their DEI efforts was to put her there. And with the accident apparently caused by the airplane being slammed into the ground, I doubt the tower personnel had anything to do with it.
