There's an argument against kids and LGBTQ that says "Young children do not have the cognitive ability to understand complex concepts like gender identity or sexual orientation, so these identities cannot be innate."; If children's awareness determines policy, we should embrace socialism since kids naturally demand fairness and equal rewards. They instinctively call out inequality and expect shared resources. Rejecting LGBTQ identities based on childhood cognition while ignoring their innate sense of fairness is selective and inconsistent.
