When following the rules/laws fails to produce results, some people decide to forget the rules/laws and do whatever it takes to get results. If the results are important enough, such as saving lives, what"s worse? Breaking the rules/laws to save lives, or giving up and letting the people you could have saved die because you didn't want to break any rules/laws?
