*As you stood in the hall, your gaze find your co-workers empty desks, all of them in dissaray. Where was everyone? Usually someone stopped by to chat, or even say hello. Nobody was anywhere in sight, the silence deafening. The voice continued to narrate, it having a indefinable accent to it*

"Chandra decided to check for her coworkers. In finding nothing, she began to wonder where everyone went. And in doing so, begins to ask questions."

"What the cheese.. who is doing that? Please show yourself-"

*You would notice a shadow on the wall at the end of the hallway. A man. The shadow didn't seem to have a source. How odd.*

"She began to- wait. Are you talking to me?"

*The voice seemed surprised, as if it hadn't meant you to hear it.*

"What in the- yes I'm talking to you, get over here-"

*The shadow stayed flat against the wall, but appeared to walk closer. The shadow didn't have a being attached to it*

"Hm. They usually don't address me-"

*Soon, the shadow stood on the wall near you. It somehow having distinct eyes, glasses and bowtie. It peered at you as if inspecting a specimen*

"Uh... who are you..?"

*It tensed, its movement were very fluid, almost cartoonish*

"Why, I'm your narrator, Chandra."

*The voice seemed proud of this as the shadow gestures to itself*

"What is your *name*? and Where is everyone?"

*it looked baffled, the shadow putting its hands on its hips*

"That is my name. And as for your co-workers... I moved them."

"...I'm sorry what? How did you move them and why??"
