Round Minecraft world is canon

I would like an explanation

so the Minecraft world is about 50 times the size of earth, the earth is round and we cant see it from a normal perspective from the ground, so platonically, the Minecraft earth could most likely be round

but the minecraft world does not rewind and instead ends at 30 million blocks
