Well, I'm sorta both

1. Okay w/ it: Some trans people are genuinely uncomfy with their body, like for example.
Some women might be trans because they dislike being a woman, like having periods, lower pay, etc.
Or men wanting to be women because they're always expected to be "tough" and are stereotyped as super strong lumberjacks

2. Suspicion: Some people do it because they have a fetish, to manipulate others, or to get attention, or all those things. Also, some of them also make it a whole personality, which is also kinda attention begging. Also, my experience with some trans people weren't always good, like some of them harassed me for being straight.
